Message	a stock Z32 bearing. FWIW, the Exedy setup I have is 30 lbs all said, including ARP flywheel bolts. As to disc life, I've never seen a multi-disc setup wear out yet, and we have a few cars come in with "some" miles on them. We also have them on both our catalog MR2s (one is octane limited at 872rwhp, the other only makes 760rwhp, but ~690rwtq) and neither one looks to be on its way out any time soon. You'll probably go through a throwout bearing before you need to worry about buying replacement discs.
